The HAP AWARD

LARSEN ANNOUNCED AS FINALIST IN 2 CUSTOM HOME AWARD CATEGORIES, AND 1 PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD CATEGORY.

This is an award that is near and dear to our hearts. It means so much to be chosen for an award that highlights relationships and the community we have built with our trade base in route to being the best custom home builder in Denver. Every year this award is given out by the Home Builders Association to builders who have been nominated and voted for by their trade partners. We pride ourselves on knowing everyone’s name when we meet them on site. We not only work together but are friends outside of work, and are able to be a strong partnership with local small companies whom we could not build these beautiful homes without. You will often times see one of us at lunch with trade partners to try and better our businesses together, grabbing a beer after work, or even attending each others weddings. We are so blessed to have so many amazing people in our community and love that we are able to share this award with them.
