Project Manager of the Year

Patrick has built dozens of luxury custom homes over the past 5 years and became our Sr. Project Manager last Spring. Our project managers are responsible for keeping our homes on budget and on time. Patrick manages the draw and budget process for each of his clients, as well as being the construction manager on site every day. He manages our construction team and has created many great processes and procedures to ensure that all of our clients have a similar Larsen experience. He manages 120 trade partners on each project and has a unique and special relationship with each of them. You often see him on site talking to a trade about a son’s baseball game or admiring their craftsmanship and beautiful handy work. We are so proud that he has won Project Manager of the Year, he truly deserves it!
