Denver's Luxury Market up 15% in September

It’s almost impossible to get your dream house in the Denver real estate market, in your neighborhood of your choice right now. Many luxury homes are on the market for mere hours in hot neighborhoods like Washington Park before being put under contract. Denver’s market is the hottest we have seen it in years. With Denver’s luxury market up 15% last month alone, it’s no wonder. Having access to remote working, historic low interest rates, and a strong stock market, have people choosing the Denver metro area more than ever. Colorado is a great place to social distance and with Denver’s outdoor lifestyle and proximity to the mountains it has become a true hotspot for real estate. The pandemic has allowed people to live where they want to live and houses over $1.1m are flying off the market.

Now is a great time to build a custom home because of the low inventory in the luxury market and the opportunity to live in neighborhoods that have a lot to offer, but have old houses that need to be revamped. We are spending more time than ever at home and need space for the whole family. We love building in fun neighborhoods that create a pocket inside of the greater Denver area. Columbine Country Club is one of our favorite places to build because the atmosphere is vibrant and friendly. With access to a brand-new clubhouse that serves two socially distanced restaurants onsite as well as new facilities for tennis, a gym, pool, and golf, this neighborhood is one of best places to be in Denver.

Washington Park is always a great location as well. We started our luxury custom home business here and continue to love everything the area has to offer. With a giant park in the middle of the neighborhood and delicious food off of the three main shopping and dining streets in the area, it has long been a local’s paradise. Washington Park is also home to some of the best schools in Denver and is central to everything!
