We have been fortunate to have started our luxury design build company in the Washington Park neighborhood and have built here for the last 15 years. We have watched Wash Park transform with gorgeous new houses and renovated bungalows, as it has become one of the places to be in Colorado. We started as company that did spec homes, but were missing the interpersonal relationships that come from building for a specific homeowner. We strive to make a home the best fit for our clients from planning out small details, to spaces that fit every need. Through our business we have been introduced to new neighborhoods around Denver. There are so many amazing neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area and we wanted to share with you some of our favorites.

Washington Park: This is such a versatile and fun neighborhood with active people of all ages. We love the traditional style of this neighborhood and how friendly and connected everyone is. This is a great neighborhood for families and singles alike and truly is one of the hottest spots in Denver. From amazing restaurants to open park space, this neighborhood is one of a kind.

Wellshire: This neighborhood was listed on 5280 Magazine’s list of best neighborhoods for its very low crime rate and incredible school district, Slavens K-8. This neighborhood is full of possibilities to build new or remodel a mid-century ranch while having access to one of Denver’s best schools, and feeling like you’re in the suburbs, while still being just minutes away from the city.

Columbine Valley: With the brand-new Columbine Country Club facilities this neighborhood is being revamped to relive its heyday and is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the area. With new houses going in in the Wild Plum part of the neighborhood and the outdoor, family friendly lifestyle, we are so happy to be a part of this community.

Bow Mar: If you haven’t taken the time to drive through Bowmar, you need to. This hidden gem of a neighborhood has some of the best sunsets in Denver, is close to popular private schools like Colorado Academy, and overlooks the beautiful Bow Mar lake, accessible to those who live in the neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood is close to all the amenities you need while still being quaint and an oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

Belcaro: Denver is full of pockets of cool neighborhoods and Belcaro doesn’t disappoint. It is in the perfect spot with some amazing homes tucked back on big lots. This is a small neighborhood that is close to all of the action in Washington Park and Cherry Creek while still being private and offering the stability of a close-knit community.
