Introducing Our Team Series- Cory & Jeff B

Cory, one of our Project Managers, joined our team 5 years ago to help us with our warranty and keep us organized from A to Z in our construction office. He came to us from the oil and gas industry but has always loved working with his hands and wanted to explore the custom home world. We thought he answered an ad we had put out for a warranty manager, but he had on a whim sent in his resume after a family he knew built with Larsen. It was meant to be. Over the years Cory has grown into our Project Manager role and has completed some truly magnificent homes. He is the definition of a team player and someone that puts his whole heart into our homes. Recently, Cory completed a home for a friend of his and made our entire team tear up as he handed over keys to their dream home. From the moment the design of a home is put on paper, Cory runs with it from studying the construction documents and budget to pulling up carpet protection at the end of a job and handling warranty.

Jeff B (in blue), helps us immensely once a week as our Controller. Jeff is a veteran of the construction accounting world and is amazing at keeping us on budget through business planning along with managing our books and paying our trades. For the past 7 years Jeff has helped us grow our business and has been a great sounding board for the management team at Larsen. We share Jeff with a few other companies around town and are so lucky to have him. Jeff is an avid ping pong “paddler'“ and has a standing appointment with Cory every Thursday to play. Even though Jeff is only in our office one day a week, he is a huge part of our team.
