The Home Building Experience

At Larsen we believe that creating a lasting relationship with our homeowners is as important as our final product. While we are known for our attention to detail and luxury homes, we also cultivate a relationship over the two years it takes to design and build a home, and think of our clients as family.

Customer service is something that we have built into our brand, along with integrity and transparency. Without all three, we wouldn’t be the company that we pride ourselves on today. We believe that the customer experience matters a great deal. It’s important for any buyer to feel seen and like their builder is in their corner. This is a long process and we want it to be a good one. Of course there are always bumps along the way, but if you are working with someone you can trust, it makes a big difference on how those bumps are handled. We have built a team ready to take on building luxury homes that have character and massive amounts of detail. When you build with us, we take our clients to every showroom so they can pick out anything they’d like to have in their home, while giving our expertise to guide our clients along the way. Our trade partners are masters of what they do from carpentry to metal working to masonry so no two homes are the same. We use an online platform that tracks all of our selections budget numbers, as well as signed off orders for purchase, communication, and schedule.

We direct our clients along the way while ensuring satisfaction at every milestone. We take the time to understand what our clients desire and to let them know that their dream home matters a great deal to us. We also take time to educate our clients about our industry so they understand what they are seeing when they walk through their home during the building process.

Building a custom home can be a stressful experience, but we also know it is a rewarding one. If you’re considering building a new Custom Home let us talk you through what steps we take to create the beautiful homes we are known for.
