With Larsen, the relationships we create throughout the process is what makes us strive for excellence. Throughout our process you will meet with our team at least 30 times from residential design meetings to learning how to use the technology in your home. We spend over a year designing and building a home for a client and want to understand the ins and outs of how they will enjoy their home, and what is important to them.

During this process our clients select every interior and exterior finish. Every home we build is a prototype. It has never been built before and will never be built again. It is important for our clients to know we have a skilled team of vetted, trade partners who are the very best in town, and can execute their one of a kind home to the level of detail Larsen is known for. Luxury custom homes require a certain caliber of skilled labor which is why we don’t let just anyone bid on our jobs.
