Residential Design Services

When we were building under the Larsen Development name, people asked us for years to sell our plans. Each home we design is actually owned by the clients who we build for so we are not able to sell you stock plans, but we are able to offer our design services. With the change of our name and ownership in January, we decided to offer stand alone residential design services along side Design Build. If you are looking to build in an area that we don’t service, we are able to design you a home and work with your construction team to make sure they understand how to build your home with the same amount of detail Larsen is known for. Our residential design department is well versed in 3D design and will be able to show you what your home will look like throughout the process. We know it can be a stressful process and we want to alleviate that stress and make building your dream home fun! Not all jurisdictions in Colorado require a licensed individual. We do however hire an outside engineer to check and stamp our plans.
