Our Castle Pines Modern Home, recognized for Best Interior Design, exemplifies our vision for sophisticated, functional spaces that harmonize with the surrounding natural beauty. Set against the serene backdrop of a golf course, this home’s mountain-contemporary interior is a masterclass in blending form and function, using a refined palette and thoughtfully chosen materials.

In partnership with KGA Studio Architects, HBC Design Group, and Browne and Associates, our Belcaro Home stands as a finalist for Custom Home of the Year, Best Interior Design, and Best Outdoor Space. This collaboration brings together the strengths of each firm to create a timeless, luxurious custom home that embraces both elegance and comfort. The indoor-outdoor flow and stunning outdoor living area reflect our shared vision for spaces that inspire connection with both nature and family.

Our Denver Country Club Remodel, a collaboration with Cook Design House, is another finalist, nominated for a Whole House Remodel and Bathroom Remodel. This project reimagined an early 2000s space with respect and elegance, infusing new life and functionality while preserving its original charm. Each corner of the home now tells a story of classic beauty interwoven with modern living.

Finally, being up for Custom Home Builder of the Year is a testament to our team’s relentless passion for exceptional homes and the relationships we build along the way.
