Larsen Wins Custom Builder of the Year at the 2025 MAME Awards

This weekend, the Larsen team was honored to take home Custom Builder of the Year at the Denver MAME Awards, alongside recognition for Best Backyard Amenity for one of our favorite projects to date.

The MAME Awards, hosted annually by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, celebrate excellence in architecture, design, and innovation across Colorado’s homebuilding industry. To be recognized among so many talented peers is both humbling and energizing — a reflection of the passion and precision our team brings to every home we design and build.

Winning Custom Builder of the Year is a milestone moment for our entire team. It represents years of collaboration across our architecture, interior design, and construction divisions— all working together to create one seamless process that brings our clients’ visions to life.

Our award for Best Backyard Amenity highlights the kind of outdoor living that defines the Colorado lifestyle. The winning project integrates a one of a kind outdoor sports court with a putting green, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and entertainment space with the home’s bifold doors entering into the gym and kitchen great room areas, creating a true indoor-outdoor retreat perfect for family living and entertaining. This design and install would haven’t been possible without our partners at Elevate By Design and Down To Earth Landscaping.

As we continue to expand our integrated offerings — including in-house architecture, construction, interior design, and now furniture and landscaping services — these awards reaffirm what drives us: designing homes that are as beautiful as they are livable.
