Why We Build Built-to-Suit
Building a custom home can be a very stressful process and finding a builder you trust can be just as hard. For years, Larsen has gotten the majority of our clients through word of mouth. The Denver metro area can be a small community of people and we credit our integrity and the ease of our process for bringing new, wonderful clients through our doors year after year.
We pride ourselves on the level of detail we put into our luxury custom homes, and refining each meeting to tailor to each client throughout the design and build process. The process of building a house is as important to us as the end result. At the end of the day we want our clients to feel a sense of accomplishment and love the space they are in because it’s unique to them. It’s not always easy to make every decision in your home from window color to tile choices which is why we partner with some amazing interior design groups in town as well as have an in-house interior design team who walks our clients through the processes.
From the first time we meet a prospective client we ask them what is most important to them. We set them up with a list of past clients to call and many of them welcome our prospective clients into their homes to see what we can build. It’s important to our entire team that our clients can visualize their home and get exactly what they want in the end. We strive to stay on budget, have open and honest communication throughout the entire project, and to have our clients want to tell their friends about us. When you build with Larsen you will likely be invited to birthday parties, weddings, and baby showers for life by our team members.
People ask us all the time why we don’t build spec homes. There’s certainly a market for spec homes, but we believe that the relationship part of our job, and building homes for families to fit their every need, is more important that making a quick dollar by just building a house. Our homeowners become a part of our lives and are the reason we keep our business model the same. We are excited when we build in a brand-new neighborhood like Wild Plum in Columbine Valley because we get to introduce these new neighbors to each other and watch them grow as friends. When someone moves to Wash Park from another state it’s one of our greatest joys to show them the great cuisine in the area and introduce them to the many people we love there.
For us, it’s more than just a house. It’s the most intimate part of our client’s lives. It’s where their families will grow, where celebrations happen, and where they lay their heads at night.
