Technological Advances

As technology improves, so does our industry. With an addition of a Matterport and a drone this summer, the Larsen team has been better able to check for imperfections in the custom homes we are building. The Matterport allows our team to scan a home multiple times during construction so we know exactly where every wire and pipe is in our homes. It allows for future clients to understand the building process better, and for our architecture team to check designs to ensure that our homes are built to specifications. Our drone allows us to check the hard to see areas including our roofs and masonry to make sure it’s up to the Larsen standard. We are so happy to have these technological advances at our fingertips to add to the luxury of building a custom home.
